Whereas the marketing budgets of other automakers are invested primarily in product launches, Audi and thjnk reached a milestone in after-sales communications in 2015. With the revolutionary “Mechanics” campaign, we made a name for Audi as a first-rate service provider.
Services account for up to 80% of revenue for Audi partners. That spurred us to devise the broadest service campaign in the brand’s 100-year-plus history. We pushed the issue into primetime with an emotional, high-coverage moving image strategy across all media channels, at the same time underscoring Audi’s status as a premium brand.
