Upljft RESHAPES EXECUTIVE BOARD FOR FURTHER GROWTH

Miguel Baptista, Sonja Peters and Maximilian Opel strengthen the management of Upljftthjnk reorganizes operations and finance. Digital board member Horst Wagner will also take over the area of operations (COO). In the future, responsibility for the finances will lie with the finance director and authorized signatory Alina Bergen.

Miguel Baptista takes over the areas of Strategy & Monitoring, Social Media Management, Community Management and brings them together as Social Media Solutions. Sonja Peters takes over the areas of Account Management and Revenue and merges them under Client Solutions. Maximilian Opel takes over the Media Solutions division. On board since 2020: Tim Jessulat, COO, Nicoletta Hinrichs, Director Finance and Güler Bayraktar, Director People & Culture. Professional growth program to optimize and further develop structure, processes and systems. The Hamburg agency Upljft, which specializes in social media and digital marketing and is a joint venture between United Marketing Technologies and the Hamburg agency group thjnk, is reorganizing its management as part of the Professional Growth Program launched in 2020. The aim of the program is the consistent further development of structures, processes and systems in order to meet the constantly changing challenges of technology and market dynamics and to further expand the claim to leadership of the dynamically growing brand. Miguel Baptista has 15 years of experience in social media marketing through positions at Gruner + Jahr, IPG Mediabrands, pilot, elbkind and Digitas Social Media. Sonja Peters brings more than 20 years of customer management and development experience from companies such as KMF Werbung, UDG United Digital Group and PIA delasocial to the new lineup. Maximilian Opel has extensive expertise in the areas of search/SEA as well as social media and digital marketing through positions at Reply, Cubitabo, INTEGR8, Swiss E-Mobility Group, among others.
